Biographical
A firm believer that there are no problems, only solutions, more than 92% of the cases he has mediated have settled at or shortly following mediation with his continued involvement in the settlement negotiations. It is his expertise, experience and dedication that have allowed his mediation and arbitration practice to thrive. Embraced by the legal community as one of the most highly skilled and well-respected mediators today, he conducts a majority of the ADR proceedings through his office in Houston, though he is regularly called upon to mediate and arbitrate cases throughout Texas.

Rates Information
Fees are charged on a fixed basis for each mediation half day or full day. Fees are charged on a per party basis, with all parties represented by the same attorney or law firm considered as a single party for the purpose of the mediation fee. Standard fee per party for half day services are $750.00 and full day services are $1,500.00 unless otherwise agreed by the parties and myself. Fees are payable to Law Offices of Ronald Wardell, P.C. In relation to arbitration, fees may be charged on a per party basis or hourly increments pertaining to the time spent on preparation/research and formal hearing. In regard to the latter, standard hourly charges are $400.00 per hour for preparation/research and $400.00 per hour for each hour attributed to a formal hearing.
