Judge Akin has been a full-time mediator and arbitrator for the past 26 years, conducting more than 4,000 mediations with a settlement rate greater than 90%. With more than 40 years of judicial experience and having been a trial attorney, judge and mediator, Judge Akin is an expert in resolving even the most complex case.
