  • Trial attorney 34 years involved in complex and contentious, cases involving antitrust, business relationships, breach of contract, debtor-creditor, distribution chain disputes, professional liability, and businesss and personal torts, in state and federal courts in Texas, Ohio, New Mexico, Arizona, and Oklahoma, including 31 Jury Trials to Verdict, 17 appellate cases; 
  • Mr. Wolovits began as a Mediator in 1993, becoming a Full-Time Mediator in 2007. He has mediated well over 600 cases with a high settlement rate.

Mr. Wolovits' work experiences are very diversified:

  • Raised in a Family Business;
  • Worked in Accounting Department of an NYSE Corporation, and a private accounting firm;
  • Public School Teacher;
  • College Instructor-Business Law;
